ADCA(Vinyfor)
Eiwa’s brand name for Azodicarbonamide (ADCA) type blowing agents.
The most widerly used chemical blowing agent with minimum decomposition heat temperature to avoid the plastic tanning. Suitable grade for sheets with thickness.
DPT(Cellular)
Eiwa’s brand name for DPT type blowing agents.
Designed to blow natural rubbers or synthetic rubbers. Also used as PE vulcanization accelerator.
OBSH(Neocellborn)
Eiwa’s brand name for OBSH type of blowing agents. Used for synthetic rubbers and various plastic. Optimal for applications requires high whiteness. Odor free and environment friendly product.
DPT+ADCA(Excellar)
Eiwa’s brand name for DPT + ADCA type of blowing agent compounds developed by Eiwa’s high tech and experiences.
● Masterbatch Type
Eiwa provides a masterbatch type blowing agent that is rare in the world.
Masterbatch refers to plastic and rubber pellets of sheets pre-mixed with powder blowing agents. Various pellets type for plastic and rubber matrix and sheet type for rubber matrix.
It is an amazing way to give various properties to the plastics and rubbers, consequently, it reduces defective product rate and worksite dust for suitable working environment. There is no dust, health, or safety risks associated with masterbatch. Improves dispersibility and work efficiency compared with using powders.
Plastic masterbatch(Polythlene)
Eiwa’s blowing agent masterbatch brand for plastic. Pre-mixed with PE, PP, PS, EVA, and ABS resin. Pellet type high performance masterbatch made of suitable blowing agents mixed with suitable additives.
Rubber masterbatch(Neothlene)
Eiwa’s blowing agent masterbatch brand for rubbers. Pre-mixed with EPDM, NBR, CR and silicon rubber. Sheet or Pellet type high performance masterbatch made of suitable blowing agents mixed with suitable additives. Improves dispersibility, work efficiency, work environment.
High concentration masterbatch(Panthlene)
Eiwa’s blowing agent masterbatch brand specialized in high concentration and high dispersion developed by Eiwa’s own technology.

The process of molding using blowing agents is not easy. Eiwa’s blowing agent additives. Cellpaste was delveloped as a decomposition accelerator for’’Cellular’. Today it is also used as additives for ‘’Vinyfor’’ or ‘’Neocellborn’’.
